Vendor Info and Booth Tickets
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Hill Country Wedding Show 2022. We have so many booth options for you to choose from. Below you will find a show diagram and a layout for each room.
To register as a vendor and reserve your booth, please follow these steps:
1. Look over the show diagram and pick the booth space you would like to purchase. (All booths are
marked with a booth number, size and price)
2. Click on the "Register" button below
3. Fill out the registration form with your company information and requested booth space(s) (i.e., B2)
4. HCWS will email an invoice for your requested booth space and any ticket add-ons you would like to
purchase. Once an invoice is sent, booth requests will be held for 2 days only.

Red booths are SOLD. Yellow booths are ON HOLD pending payment of invoice. These diagrams will be updated every 2 to 3 days. Please check back if the booth you would like to reserve is marked yellow. Registered vendors are diagramed below Ticket Add-Ons on this page. Scroll down to see where your industry friends are located.
Only ONE vendor per booth! If you would like to represent two businesses, you must purchase multiple booths. Multiple booths can be joined side-by-side but not front and back. Black lines in diagrams represent pipe and drape.

Booth O1 and Booth O2 are 30'X40' booths and can be shared by up to 3 vendors. Booths N2,N3,N4 & N5 are 20'x20' booths and can be shared by 2 vendors. Gather your closest industry friends and create one amazing booth space. These will go FAST!
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferrable without prior consent of HCWS.
PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer hosting MLM companies in a separate location. If you would like to be a vendor in the HCWS, you must purchase a booth either in the Exhibit Hall or the Ballroom. We will not be hosting any outdoor booths. Be plan your booth space accordingly. Thank you!
